The villa sleeps up to 11 guests across three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a gallery with three single beds. Granite floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, underfloor heating, and a working wood-burning fireplace create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Two bedrooms open directly onto the balcony. The wellness bathroom features a rain shower and freestanding bathtub.



Outside, enjoy a large fenced garden with three private terraces and multiple dining and lounge areas under the pines. The kitchen terrace connects seamlessly to the garden — ideal for group dinners around the charcoal barbecue. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a dedicated coffee station, washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Baby cot and highchair are available on request. Parking for five cars, plus secure bike storage in the house garage. Beach towels, bedlinen, and towels are included.
