The outdoor community pool, fitness center, playground, pickle ball and tennis courts are available to renters by paying a $30 per person community fee. Fitness Center is open to all adults 18 years of age and older. No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the Fitness Center at any time. Clean home with great space for family! Everyone has access to their own bathroom and the location of Bethany west cannot be beat! Loved it
