Beautiful 400 sq ft efficiency has everything you need for an exciting beach getaway. Just a short walk to the beach as mapped out in the photos. While perfect for two people with a comfortable king sized bed, you can sleep up to 4 with the pull out sofa (with new mattress topper) or sleeper chairs if you are willing to get cozy. Additional guest fees of $25 per guest per night apply above 2 guests.
Located on the east side of Coastal Highway and just a short walk to the beach (0.4 miles to the south end of Bethany Beach's beach and 0.8 miles to Downtown Bethany), this studio efficiency with full bath features a large furnished deck and kitchenette offering refrigerator, microwave, sink and electric frying pan. Keurig, coffee, creamer and sugar provided, as well as electric toaster and basic utensils. All linens are provided, including beach towels.
YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT THIS PROPERTY.
Small dogs under 25 pounds will be considered for an additional pet fee of $25 per night. Please add pet to the booking along with number of guests.

Nice, clean, spacious single room. About 2 blocks from the beach & out of the hustle & bustle of the board walk. But close enough to the board walk if you want to shop. Room had lots of extras not in the description like a closet full of beach items. All kinds of linens, towels, & other daily supplies. Host was very pleasant & informative. Easy instructions. Yes I would stay there again

Very clean new 1 room apartment. Host is very helpful and texts & communicated via VRBO platform. Has a dedicated covered parking. Unit is 1 floor above ground level. Small Kitchener, coffee machine, microwave, Airconditioning, fan available. Bathroom is sparky clean. King bed was very comfortable. We tried the sofa pull out bed - may be OK for small kids. Not comfortable for adults. 0.3 miles which is 6 minutes to the beach by walk. Very convenient. No swimming pool access which belongs to neighboring property (not this). Public parking close to the beach hourly rate is 4 per hour. Parking by kiosk or by ParkMobile app. 7xdays 7 AM to 10 PM
