Enjoy the quiet resort of idyllic setting for families. No need to worry about beach parking. Sea Colony has trams to 1/2 mile private beach. It has Indoor/outdoor pools throughout. SC is walking distance to downtown Bethany with its lovely boardwalk and great restaurants.

Badges and parking passes (for additional fees) are required while on Sea Colony property at all times even in the off- season.

A valid guest badge required for anyone 4 years and older in order to use any of the recreational facilities and amenities. This includes the beach, pools, tennis courts, Edgewater exercise room, Freeman Fitness Center and the transportation system. Be ready to display your badge as required.
