Enjoy kayaking on the lake or grilling steaks on the community charcoal grill just short steps to the beach. 4 Beach chairs and an umbrella are there for your convenience. Take a short walk to one of the 16 pickle ball or 30 tennis courts. Ride the free tram to the private Sea Colony beach or any of the 12 heated pools (two indoor) for a fun filled day! Visit the West Lake Activity Center, the Sea Colony Indoor Tennis Center, and the Freeman Fitness Center for various activities and exercise options! The property was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Easy to get to the beach and the sea colony amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to others.The only issue we had was that the check in process could have smoother. Both the listing and the company who manage the property said parking and beach passes should be included, but Sea Colony said we had to pay 55 dollars per person for the passes. The two of them couldn't sort it out so we ended up paying the extra fee when Im fairly sure it was supposed to be included.

Nice place to stay in sea colony

This is a nice place to stay in sea colony area, especially if you are into tennis or the splash pad area. It is also on a lake which has a playground which is nice to take kids to. To get to the beach you can bike, take the tram or drive closer.
