The Space:

Bathrooms: (3) full baths, including a main-level bathroom with a tub for families with little ones.

The main floor boasts an open-concept living area with soaring cathedral ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, a grand stone wood-burning fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. Gather at the dining table for eight (extendable to 12) or enjoy extra seating at the kitchen island.

Step outside through the sliding glass doors to a spacious deck with custom ski Adirondack chairs, ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

Upstairs:
The master suite offers privacy and comfort, plus a charming loft space for reading or catching up on emails while enjoying mountain views.

Lower Level:
The bunk room opens to a lively game room, perfect for kids and adults alike. The basement bathroom includes a washer/dryer with detergent and generous counter space for drying ski gear or swimsuits.

Guest Access & Amenities:
You’ll have full access to the house and property (except one locked owner’s closet in the bunk room). Parking is available on-site; in snowy months, 4WD is recommended. Wi-Fi and smart TVs are provided, along with linens, towels, pillows, and bedding.

Summer guests: Our home does not have air conditioning, but the cool mountain breezes keep it comfortable in the evenings. We provide box fans for each bedroom that can be placed in the windows, plus a ceiling fan in the great room to keep air moving. If you love fresh Maine air and sleeping with the windows open, you’ll feel right at home here!

This chalet offers its guests a hot tub and a sauna. Barbecue grills, an arcade/game room, and laundry facilities are also featured at the family-friendly chalet.
