This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom post-and-beam condo is the perfect retreat for your next mountain getaway. Located just 5 minutes from Sunday River, this cozy unit features an inviting living area with a fireplace, ideal for warming up after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy scenic views of the surrounding area. The entryway includes convenient gear storage to keep your outdoor equipment organized.

Ceiling fans are installed in all areas, providing comfort throughout the unit. Hi-speed internet is available, ensuring you're always connected. There are three TVs to enjoy: a 50" smart TV with cable in the living room, a 40" smart TV with cable in the upstairs area, and a 43" TV (no cable) in the downstairs bedroom. For your listening pleasure, the dining area is equipped with a Bose stereo featuring a CD player and Bluetooth capabilities.

Safety features include a fire blanket in the kitchen and a fire escape ladder in the upstairs bedroom, ensuring peace of mind during your stay.

Good place for quick ski trip

Great place for a quick ski trip. Bed was comfy and place was as described. The condo is close to the main road and there seemed to be a lot of very late night traffic that you can hear. Overall good place to stay!

A fine lodge for the Sunday River getaway.

It had everything we needed: a well stocked kitchen, warmth, comfortable beds, good plumbing, and a television to watch the Celtics. The upstairs bedroom was quite spacious with a desk for writing my memoirs or whatever.
