My place is great for a solo traveler who wants to save money and stay very close to Washington DC in an upscale and very safe neighborhood.
You can control thermostat and lights in the room with Alexa smart speaker device. Very safe and clean , only 11 miles from the White House and 9 miles from the Smithsonian National Zoological Park, 4 miles from NIH and Walter Reed hospital .
