Room was clean. Bed was great. No idea why they put us in a smoking room. As a former smoker no biggie but that was strange. Also we called their reservation desk and the gent quoted $144. I mentioned Orbitz said $98. He said that’s not guaranteed and is only available if someone cancels. All false. We went thru Orbitz and got it for $98 which included taxes and add ons. FYI slots are stingy!

Very nice remodeled room with comfy bed. Scenic area, overlooking the Mississippi river. Beautiful hotel!! Casino has a large variety of machines and table games. We enjoyed our stay and will return in the fall again as we combine scenic road trip down the Mississippi with evening dinner and gambling.

The room was ok, no hot water. The maintenance man could not fix the lack of hot water until the next day. I had requested an extra blanket and pillow & was told by the phone receptionist that was not possible until the next day until the morning staff comes on for their shift.

Room was great it was the entrance staff at the casino. I won’t be staying here again for sure. She let me in I’m 62 no problem my second son is 26 no problem my third gets carded shows he is coming 24 with a Canadian drivers licence. Never had a problem we have been here every year since he was 21. She then makes him go get his passport and wants us to go back up and get ours. A pass port to get into a casino I asked she said yes all of you. I’m 62 I said really? She wouldn’t let us in so we went up stairs came back and complained but no one cares so instead of gambling the night away we called it a day and the house never had a chance to win anything. It wrecked our whole evening. More me since I’m the gambler. Again I would be back in spring with my wife but will now not stay here ever again. No one cared that it made no sense for me to Have to go get mine.
