Plenty of room for all your family and friends in this centrally located home in Bettendorf, Iowa. No matter what brought you here there’s no reason you can’t be entertained for your entire visit.
Relax in the three person infrared sauna located in the exercise/yoga room or the eight person hot tub right outside the back door.
We comfortably sleep between 12 and 14 people and 16 to 18 if you don’t mind a big massive couch and a queen size air mattress.
Be entertained by the electronic darts or the 14 foot shuffleboard in the basement or take it outside to the oversize putting green/bocce court and our own basketball court.
The 22’ x 7’ covered outdoor bar and grill/kitchen will help you feed the whole crew without breaking the bank.
There is covered outdoor seating for 18 and uncovered seating for another 12 not including the four poly chairs out by the wood-burning fire pit.
And if a wood-burning fire pit is too messy for s’mores enjoy the 6‘ x 3‘ gas fire pit located right outside the back door.
We are adjacent to a large park like setting, which includes another gazebo in case the kids want to throw a football or frisbee around.
If a bigger court is desired, or if anybody wants to play tennis, pickleball or on the playground, we have two in our community only blocks away.
