Room was spacious and clean. Shower room appeared newly refurbished. Beds comfy, particularly pillows. We had a bad start when the guest parking that is advertised is limited to 6 spaces for the whole hotel. No advice was given about where to park which is difficult on the A5. Breakfast is limited to starting at 8.30. They did advise coffee, toast etc available from 8 but no one appeared. Restaurant expensive and uninspiring. Room advertised with mountain view but in fact no view at all as window too small to see through.
