1st, It was late, was traveling all day, destination was Minot, ND... Book the room thru expedia, I had to use the ladies room really bad, as I walked in the hotel and proceeded to use the restroom, mind you, I had already entered the restroom, I was told.. NO NO NO, its out of order? It was not out of order, then it was followed with, we have no rooms available? I just told her I booked it on expedia, and there were 5 rooms left? she stated they just book rooms, expedia, when we are all full. Then I asked why I could not use the restroom, as it did not appear "broken".. She stated, well, some customers want to use this restroom and not the one in their room to do their "business" as they do not want to stink up their assigned room? anyway, she said, I guess I will give you a room that needs Maintenace? I inquired "What Maintenace issue is their"? When arriving to the room, did not see any issues?

Room 215 is a handicapped equipped room. Mirror in bathroom low, clothing hangers at waist level touching the safe below it, etc. not Cobblestone’s fault but a kids baseball team was staying there and they just ran around. Loud late into the evening. I just wanted to sleep and leave.
