Our apartment is a retreat for those seeking relaxation, allergy sufferers and non-smokers. To maintain our high standards and the quality of our flooring, the house is a shoe-free zone.



The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people. There is 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, fridge and 2-ring hob. For families, 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available.



Parking is available directly at the house with 1 shared parking space, as well as on the street. Pets and parties are not allowed. There is a communal storage room for your bicycles and a table tennis table for shared use.



Public transport is within walking distance. Next to the building you’ll find a playground and a table tennis area. Every Saturday, a baker visits selling newspapers, fresh bread and cakes. In the neighbourhood, you can buy a box of potatoes, onions and eggs from the farmer. The property features energy- and water-saving appliances and sustainable insulation. Recycling guidelines are provided on site so you can help with waste separation.
