Parking is available directly at the house with 1 shared parking space and on the street. Pets and events are not allowed. There is a shared storage room for your bicycles and a table tennis table for communal use.



Public transport is within walking distance. Next to the building, you will find a playground and a table tennis area. Every Saturday, a baker comes by and sells newspapers, fresh bread, and cakes.
