Private: large, beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced). Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Shop 20 m, grocery, restaurant, bar, bakery, café 50 m, pedestrian zone 20 m, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Béziers", sandy beach "Vendres Plage" 12 km. Sports harbour 20 km, marina 20 km. Nearby attractions: Canal du Midi, Montpellier 73 km, Les Halles de Béziers, Valras Plage 19 km, Cap d'Agde 26 km, Minerve 50 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac du Salagou 57 km, Etang de la Rivierette 17 km, Etang du Clos de Vias 24 km. Hiking paths: Canal du Midi, Gorges d'Heric piscine naturelle.
