Charming town house in the historic center of Pézenas

The Arbousier holiday home is located in the heart of Pézenas, a few steps from the market only, behind the boulevard des antiquaires. The street of the coolers is a small quiet street and characteristic of a small Mediterranean city. The former winemaker's house was built in the 19 th century and now offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay. It has been completely renovated and opened its doors to travelers in the spring of 2014.

On the first floor are an American kitchen, a dining room and a living room in a large open space of about 30 square meters. A French window opens onto a small balcony without vis-à-vis that invites breakfast, coffee or aperitif. The bedroom and bathroom with bathtub are on the second floor. Separate WC.

The house offers 5 comfortable beds: a double bed (160 X 200), a sofa bed (150 X 200) and a single bed (90 X 200). Cot for baby. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with electric oven and a large fridge with freezer and all the necessary utensils to cook good dishes. A washing machine and a tumble dryer in the cellar are at the disposal of our guests. The living room has a TV, a multilingual library and a mini-channel. The house is tastefully decorated: chests of drawers, armchairs, tables and chairs have been carefully picked up and restored, the cushions and curtains are home-made, creations of local artists are placed here and there.

The cleaning fee of 50 Euros is not included in the price. Our guests have the opportunity to clean themselves. All the necessary products are at your disposal.

Exactly as promised!

The house suited our needs perfectly. It was just around the corner from Rue Conti, a street full of restaurants and shops, leading up to the main square of the town where the public open air market is held every Saturday morning. The beds were comfortable, the living room couch and chairs were well maintained and comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. There were a few minor maintenance issues when we first arrived, and Kerstin and Claude were at the house 2 days later to take care of them. All in all, a great stay in the south of France away from the ice and snow of the harsh New England winter.

Super stylish property minutes from the heart of lovely Pezanas

This property was beautifully decorated and well equipped. Very clean with nice bedding. behind a street full of antiques shops. Never had a problem free parking in the nearby streets. Found it a little dark inside the house as there was no main single light, just lots of lamps, side lights etc. I can imagine it is cool in the summer. Cute balcony out onto quiet back street. Perfect for 2 adults. Great value for money. Helpful owner.

Un très agréable séjour en Occitanie

Tout s'est très bien passé. La location est une maison de ville très bien équipée (avec parasols et transats pour la plage !). Notre hôtesse a très bien préparé notre arrivée, ce qui est très agréable après une longue route.

L'appartement est bien placé pour un petit séjour à Pézenas.

L'appartement était dans l'ensemble propre et agréable avec le petit balcon. Les photos sont un peu trompeuses du fait qu'il n'y ait aucune cloison entre la chambre, la pièce avec le lit simple et le séjour et la pièce avec le lit simple.

Uriges, gemütliches Häuschen

Wir waren vom 5.8. bis zum 18.8. zu Gast im hübschen Winzer Häuschen. Da wir zu zweit waren reichte uns der Platz absolut aus. Froh war ich nach unserer langen Hinfahrt, dass Madame Chavent Deutsch spricht, da mein Französisch noch im Anfängerlevel steckt 😊. Sehr gefallen hat uns die Stadtnähe. Nur wenige Gehminuten und man ist im historischen Zentrum mit seinen schmalen Gassen und kleinen Geschäften. Auch größere Lebensmittelgeschäfte konnten wir zu Fuß gut erreichen. Ich finde Pézenas ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zu den nächstliegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten. Es war eine, und mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal, schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank! Bien, charmant

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La maison est très bien agencée, on ne s'est pas du tout senti à l'étroit (2 adultes+ 2 enfants de 2 et 4 ans). De plus, elle est très bien décorée et on s'y sent bien. Elle est idéalement située. Il suffit de traverser une rue pour se retrouver dans le centre historique de Pézenas. La propriétaire nous a mis de suite à l'aise et a répondu avec plaisir à toutes nos questions (plages, restaurants...). Merci, on reviendra !

Tutto molto bene

L'alloggio è su due livelli, molto ben tenuto e dotato di comfort, dai divani ai giochi da tavolo. Cucina piccola ma attrezzata. Se proprio vogliamo trovare un difetto, i piatti fondi non sono abbastanza fondi. Il centro di Pezenas inizia a 30 metri dall'appartamento. La cittadina è davvero piacevole, ideale come base per visitare i dintorni e scoprire la regione.
