Insgesamt ganz ok.Die folgenden Kleinigkeiten stören mal mehr oder weniger.- offenliegende Rohre im Badezimmer- Kühlschranktür öffnet zur falschen Seite- Garage ist da, aber man benötigt die Zusicherung, dass man dort alleine steht. Mit mehreren Autos gibt es Abstimmungsprobleme und mir ist ein Franzose in der Garage ins Auto gefahren.- die Hauseingangstür steht manchmal offen weil andere Mieter diese nicht schließen.- die Wohnungseingangstür klappert bei jedem Luftzug im Haus.- Lose Kabel einer nicht existierenden GegensprechanlageEin bisschen Baustelle ebenDie Wohnung ist sonst prima, Bett gut, Küche ok ausgestattet.
