Welcome to CALYPSO, a completely renovated house which combines comfort and modernity to offer you a most pleasant stay. This charming 120 m2 semi-detached house has 4 rooms and all the necessary facilities to guarantee your satisfaction.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen area with a refrigerator, a combined gas and induction hob, a hood, an oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a coffee grinder, a toaster, a kettle, as well as all the crockery and kitchen utensils. You will also find a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
A magnificent veranda welcomes you for your meals, with a dining table that can accommodate up to 6 people, offering a convivial space to share delicious meals with family or friends.
The house also has a 27 m2 terrace with garden furniture where you can relax and enjoy the sun. A gas grill is also available for improvised barbecues in the open air.
On the first floor, you will find three comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), providing a luxurious sleeping area. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) and has a practical dressing room for your personal belongings. The last bedroom also has a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm), as well as a washbasin and another dressing room.
An additional bathroom is located on the first floor, equipped with a shower, a double washbasin, a toilet and a heated towel rail. CALYPSO offers the following facilities: Wi-Fi internet connection to stay connected, washing machine and tumble dryer.

- Welcome products: Upon arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Bed linen is provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All of these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.

## Neighborhood

The Villa is located in a quiet residential area. It is an ideal location to enjoy both the peace and quiet and the proximity to the main attractions of Biarritz.

You will be a 15-minute walk from the city centre, where you can discover its lively streets, shops, restaurants and cafes. You can also enjoy the lively atmosphere of the seafront, the beach and the water activities. The nearest beach is the Côte des Basques beach (20 min walk, 5 min drive).

## Transit

If you are looking to get around Biarritz, here are some options:

- Public transport: You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the train station or airport. The fare for this distance is approximately 15-20 euros during the day.
- Parking: It is recommended to check the signs to avoid any parking violations.

## Notes

Here is the information regarding booking requirements and check-in options for Homies Holidays:

- Once the booking is confirmed, the Homies Holidays team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- For your check-in: you will be met by a member of the Homies Holidays team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.
