Located in Biarritz between the port-vieux and the Basque coast in the villa Maria Elena, this 77 m² apartment overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches on the Basque coast.
THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the third floor of a Basque building designed by Alphonse Bertrand, the famous architect behind the Villa Beltza a little further down the hill.
The apartment opens onto a pleasant living room with balcony and spectacular ocean view.
An independent, fully-equipped kitchen is adjacent.
A corridor leads to the two bedrooms. First, the master suite with its own shower room, toilet and balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and a dressing room (Child room). A shower room with toilet in the hallway completes the property.
