A very traditional old fashioned but cute hotel in a lovely area, but needs better signage outside !! If you like art deco typically French laid back this hotel is great for a short stay, staff are lovely 😄

Un très bon emplacement un bon rapport qualité prix un parking ce qui a été pratique. Un bon accueil. Un petit déjeuner correcte. On aurait apprécié une meilleure réception Tv et quelques remontées d ideure désagréables dans la salle de bain un excellent séjour dans cet établissement

L'Hôtel Saint Charles est un havre de paix! Le petit jardin, les arbres magnifiques, la maison de style neo-basque vous accueillent dès la montée des marches. Ma jolie chambre était entourée d'un écrin de verdure. Un cadre enchanteur. Roman, qui m'a accueillie à la réception est un jeune homme délicieux. Lui-même et la gérante ont eu un geste très généreux à mon endroit. Cette générosité me fera revenir à l'Hôtel Saint Charles. D'autant plus que je suis une voisine de Saint Jean de Luz.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat Probleme gelöst wenn es welche gab. Hotel selbst machte für mich einen guten Eindruck und die Einrichtung war mit Liebe gestaltet. Man darf kein 5 Sterne Hotel erwarten. Wer keine großen Ansprüche stellt der kann in diesem Hotel beruhigt übernachten. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Location was great and a short walk to the beach. Cost was expensive but it was high season in August 2019. It was the most expensive stay on our trip down through France down to Spain from London and the poorest quality. The family room was not the one shown in the photo, but was ok. The room and bathroom was very dated, felt rather unloved and in need of renovation. The hallway and stair carpets were dirty. Breakfast service was slow, as the only staff member was also doing check-outs while we waited. The second day we had breakfast out. It is a charming old building and could do with a good refurb. The staff did their best.

Ofrecen en vuestra página una habitación trampa que ni si quiera se encuentra en el hotel sino en el jardín bajo tierra sin ventilación y con deshumidicadores para quitar la humedad eso si luego como alternativa nos ofrecieron una habitación treinta euros más cara del precio y lo aceptamos pq nos dimos cuenta que esto era táctica para que vayas y después cobrarte mucho más, no volveré.

Goede prijs/kwaliteit, ligging en typisch Frans >

Oud Frans huis op 10 min lopen van het strand la grande plage. We konden onze gehuurde fietsen veilig stallen in de garage en de huis meester spreekt perfect Engels en helpt je waar nodig. Ontbijt kost 9 EUR. Pittige prijs maar je krijgt wel een choco broodje croissant stokbrood met zoete smeersels en koffie/thee.
