On a passĂ© 1 semaine formidable dans ce petit studio,parfaitement agencĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec gout.Tres bien Ă©quipĂ© Il ne manque rien.La vue sur l’ocĂ©an est exceptionnelle ,mĂȘme sous la douche (qui est immense),on aperçoit la mer grĂące a une vitre (qui peut ĂȘtre obstruĂ©e a l’aide d’un store).L’appartement est idĂ©alement placĂ©,on peut accĂ©der a 2 plages differentes grĂące a un accĂšs privĂ©.Un arrĂȘt de bus est tout proche pour aller dans le centre de Biarritz en quelques minutes.On y retourneras car on ne se lasse pas de cette vue et du bruit des vagues .

Studio moderne, conforme à la description avec accÚs direct à la piscine et à la plage. Echanges parfaits avec le propriétaire, confiance et bienveillance. Grand Merci ! TrÚs bon accueil de Claude, la personne en charge de veiller à notre bonne installation. Elle s'est assurée avec beaucoup de discrétion que tout se passait bien et elle nous a donné d'excellents conseils de visite. Excellente semaine, seul regret la canicule qui a conduit à des températures élevées dans le studio.

Accueil et explications du fonctionnement de la rĂ©sidence au top. PropriĂ©taire et concierge trĂšs gentille. Le studio est super beau, trĂšs bel emplacement avec la vue de la mer dont on ne se lasse pas. On a adorĂ©. Seul bĂ©mol, peut ĂȘtre un inconvĂ©nient pour les vĂ©hicules type suv, 4*4 avec des coffres de toit, car les places dans la rĂ©sidence sont trĂšs limitĂ©es et les pzrkings extĂ©rieurs ont une hauteur trĂšs limitĂ©es. En tout cas nous recommandons vivement cette belle location.

Là tout n'est qu'ordre et beauté luxe calme et volupté

Nous avons passé une trÚs agréable semaine dans ce petit appartement situé dans une belle résidence équipée d'une piscine et d'un court de tennis. Le studio est trÚs bien équipé, aménagé avec goût et se situe au dernier étage d'une résidence de 3 étages face à l'océan. La vue est réellement magnifique de jour comme de nuit. Le centre de Biarritz est à 2 km, facilement accessible par les bords de mer. Seul petit bémol, les places de parking difficiles à trouver au mois d'août. Le propriétaire, Monsieur Pulis, s'est montré trÚs disponible. Bref, une invitation au Voyage.
