Villa Allegra - Homelike Villas

Villa Allegra is nestled in the Mediterranean maquis on the coast of the Tuscan Maremma and is dotted with oleanders, plumbago, roses and bougainvilleas. The villa's large and manicured garden has a spectacular veranda that offers sweeping views of the surrounding nature.
The villa has a distinctive flooring consisting of black and white marble tiles separated by wooden strips, which gives the rooms a colonial feel, with wicker furniture and large, comfortable sofas.
As you enter the house, you find a large dome and a spectacular marble kitchen with an island. These features convey the feeling of walking into a charming home by the South Seas.
Two double rooms and two twin rooms face the two sides of the living room. Each of them has a private bathroom. The rooms are all decorated differently, with care and attention to detail. A laundry room faces the kitchen.
A private path takes you through the lush pine forest and the sand dunes all the way to the public beach. Next to the beach, which is about 300 meters from the villa, there is a beach hut with beach umbrellas and beach towels.

In case of Reservation, the following CONDITIONS are accepted:

Security Deposit: € 1,000 with credit card pre-authorization from the agency. At the end of the stay the pre-authorization will be cancelled if there is no partial or total damage.
Final Cleaning: included
Energy costs(A/C): up to 300kWh per week included, then €0.35 per kWh

Upon request:
Additional Linen Change: €15 for towels and €20 for sheets
Extra cleaning: € 20 per hour
First shopping service: €15 per hour + shopping

This villa offers its guests a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.
