Villa Pandora - Homelike Villas

Villa Pandora is located in the estate of an aristocratic Florentine family along the coast of the Tuscan Maremma.
In the garden of the villa, you get the impression of being in an exotic place, with lush cacti, palm trees and lemon trees.
Villa Pandora is the ideal place for a pleasant and relaxing vacation, to rest, enjoy al fresco dinners, chat and play with children.
Four bedrooms, two doubles and two twins, all with private bathrooms, overlook the central living room with a fireplace, sofas and marble kitchen with island.
The décor of the rooms echoes the colors of the villa, such as shiny white, red and blue.
On the large veranda in front of the villa are sofas, chairs and sun loungers to eat or rest while enjoying the coolness and the surrounding vegetation; a large rooftop terrace offers a 360-degree view of the lush pine forest surrounding the villa.
A private footpath across the sand dunes takes you to the public beach, which is about 300 meters from the villa. Just before you get to the beach you will find a beach hut where you can store towels, sunbeds, and umbrellas.

In case of Reservation, the following CONDITIONS are accepted:

Security Deposit: € 1,000 with credit card pre-authorization from the agency. At the end of the stay the pre-authorization will be cancelled if there is no partial or total damage.
Final Cleaning: included
Energy costs(A/C): up to 300kWh per week included, then €0.35 per kWh

Upon request:
Additional Linen Change: €15 for towels and €20 for sheets
Extra cleaning: € 20 per hour
First shopping service: €15 per hour + shopping
