Der Umbau des Objektes ist noch nicht abgeschlossen. Insofern ist für mich nachvollziehbar, dass Handwerker noch tätig sind und noch nicht alles reibungslos funktionieren kann.

Sehr geehrter Herr Schröder, vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit für ein Feedback genommen haben. Leider konnten wir nicht von Eröffnung an unsere Gäste so bewirten, wie wir das geplant hatten. Das tut uns sehr leid! Leider ist es in einem Neubau manchmal so, dass Fehler passieren und Dinge nicht direkt funktionieren. Aber ich kann Ihnen versprechen, dass alle hart gearbeitet haben, sodass wir mittlerweile die Anfangsprobleme beseitigt haben und unseren Gästen einen bestmöglichen Aufenthalt ermöglichen können.
