An open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and benefits from air conditioning as well. 2 bathrooms serve this level, configured respectively as a shower with WC and a shower with bidet and WC. On the lower ground floor, a secondary living and dining area of 18 m2 provides additional communal space, accompanied by a third bedroom with 1 french bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length and a flat screen satellite TV. A compact open kitchen and a shower with WC complete this floor. Please note that the lower ground floor has no heating option available.
