Large gîte for 16 people, just 9 km from the city of L'Arbresle (West of Lyon). Modern house in countryside setting with lovely views of the surrounding hills and orchards. Ground floor (all with disabled access) : entrance hall, laundry room, large living room opening onto terrace (kitchen, dining, lounge areas), access way to 1 WC and 1 four-bedded room including private shower room. Upstairs : hall, 3 bedrooms (each one with 4 single beds, TV and shower room including separate WC). Underfloor heating, air-conditioning (in living room & bedrooms), central cleaning system. Bed linen supplied free. Outdoors : terrace with pergola (30 sq.m.), sets of garden furniture, barbecue. Extensive private grounds, parking. Owner has a 2nd gîte (for 10 people) 200m away, the two accommodations can be rented jointly for a gathering of family or friends. On the premises, owner's fruit farm (cherries, plums, grapes). Lyon 36 km (by A89 motorway).
