Very friendly service and thoughtfulness in very wet conditions. Beautifully situated with views to the beach. Minimal supplies in the bathroom.

Fantastic beachside hotel in a great location. Check in was quick and easy, staff were lovely and so helpful. The room was modern, clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The Long Boat Tavern is a must visit. Food and service was 10/10. Highly recommended. Bicheno is a gorgeous place to visit.

Spotless room!

Spotless rooms and bathroom, gorgeous crisp white bedding. We were late arriving so we checked in at the bar which was ok - very busy bar with lots of sports fans so we ate elsewhere. Lovely lady checked us out this morning, very pleasant.

It was across from the beach so lovely spot...would have been good to know the laundry was out of order as we werehalfway through a 3 week trip. No housekeeping so didn't really see any staff. Nice spot though👍

The ONLY issue I had was their linen. No hand towel and bed quilt is only covered with sheets. Makes a messy and tangled bed for a restless sleeper like me. Apart from that I loved the place

The rooms have been renovated except the old stained carpet has been left and the old airconditioner was noisy and we didnt sleep in our first room. In the morning we were changed to a room with slightly quieter airconditioner but there was little hot water in both rooms and the property had no laundry facilities. View was nice (we paid for an upgrade) and tavern served nice food but would not stay here again. Better value for money and quieter sleep elsewhere.

The steps to our room uneven. Does not let you know there are steps to your room. I found them very dangerous. Carpet needs replacing. For the amount it cost for the night you don't get any extras.

Overall great property. Was really well looked after at check in as I’d recently broken my leg (after making booking) and the person checking me in, without me even asking, moved me to a room with a walk in shower. Good location with beach views and easy walk to cafes, bars and shops. In house restaurant has good variety on the menu with weekly pub meal type specials.
