LES HAUTS D'ILBARRITZ: In Bidart, a beautiful apartment on the first floor of a holiday residence with a communal swimming pool, tennis court, and elevator. Located near the Ilbarritz Golf Course and the beaches, with a view of the famous Château du Baron de l'Espée.

The apartment comprises a lovely living room with a double sofa bed (140cm), a functional open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and a bathroom.
A charming furnished balcony overlooking the pool and offering a glimpse of the sea, as well as communal parking, complete this apartment.

Séjour à Bidart

Appartement bien situé à 10mn de la plage à pied. Par contre plus vétuste et plus petit que sur les photos. Gros point négatif, rien n'avait été revu avant notre arrivée, lampe du salon et de la cuisine cassée, donc aucune lumière dans la pièce à vivre, et chaise aussi cassée sur la terrasse. D'ailleurs le mobilier extérieur serait à changer car très vétuste. D'une manière générale, le logement mériterait un petit coup de neuf.
