The lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating the perfect space to unwind, while the dining area is ideal for enjoying home cooked meals prepared in the stylish, modern kitchen. Patio doors lead from the living room onto the balcony - a perfect vantage point for observing passing boats or taking in the breathtaking North Devon sunsets.
Both bedrooms, accessed via the hallway, boast far-reaching estuary views. The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, a dressing table, a Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a wardrobe, making it perfect for family stays. Completing the accommodation is a well-appointed family bathroom with a bath, shower cubicle, washbasin, and toilet.
