Ideally positioned for touring the whole of North Devon and Cornwall, the South West Coast Path famous for its spectacular walking environment and wide choice of excellent beaches and coves to explore and enjoy. For the more active there are excellent surfing beaches at Bude, Westward Ho! and Braunton. The fishing village of Clovelly, with its steep, stepped, cobbled streets and quaint harbour, is close by as are the villages of Hartland and Woolsery with shops and village pubs. Local attractions include The Milky Way, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point and Lighthouse and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Alternatively, why not sit in the garden and relax whilst overlooking the surrounding countryside.


A ground floor apartment with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The living area is comfortably furnished, along with a Smart TV to catch up on favourite boxsets. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob and extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer and a dishwasher. Once the meal is ready, all guests can gather at the dining table and chairs to enjoy the food and plan the next day's adventures. There is a separate utility cupboard with a washing machine. Offering two bedrooms, a king-size and a twin, which both share the bathroom.


Outside of the converted barn is a decked area with seating. An additional shared seating area is located opposite with a charcoal BBQ and ample space for dogs to run around in the shared dog exercising paddock.
