For the keen walkers and explorers, this dramatic coastline offers wonderful walks along the South West Coast path towards Hartland. A short drive will bring you to the pretty fishing village of Appledore, where fishermans cottages line the cobbled streets and fish and chips can be enjoyed whilst looking across the estuary at Instow which has its own dune backed beach and nice places to eat.

The main living area has an open plan design with four large floor to ceiling windows where visitors can take full advantage of the stunning sea views which stretch as far as Saunton. There are two en suite bedrooms which have been tastefully furnished, the master bedroom has a super king size bed and en suite Jacuzzi bath, perfect for relaxing in after a long day exploring. The Twin room has an ensuite walk in shower room with WC and hand basin. The well equipped Kitchen area has everything you could need for your family holiday including a coffee machine, airfryer, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

Sliding doors open up onto a balcony area, where the same fantastic sea views can be enjoyed over a glass of wine or a good book.
