Impressive coastal property with private heated pool & hottub + cinema/gamesroom

The luxury complex has a separate Lodge which makes it ideal for families. In total, there are 4 bedrooms with en suites plus 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, 2 lounges & 2 kitchens plus a formal dining room for entertaining which seats up to 14 guests.

Note : There are additional costs for the heated swimming pool/hot tub, (I can supply these on request), both are situated within a private sheltered area , the swimming pool is only available between April & October. This might be extended this year if there is demand.

You can even sit in the hottub (Available all year round) and enjoy the coastal views.

There are 2 paddocks which are easily accessible to the rear of the property which are suitable for a variety of recreational uses.

There is parking for at least 6 cars comfortably.

The spacious house has 5 bedrooms 3 are en-suites plus a self-contained Lodge (lounge, kitchen/dining area, bedroom, en-suite with spa bath & wet room shower).

The property has private and exclusive of the outdoor heated pool & hot tub in a walled patio area. (Extra Cost).

We have also recently set up a new themed Cinema & Gamesroom which includes a
proper 4 seater cinema area 65" TV with full surround sound, a
7' professional pool table,
table football &
table tennis table. (Extra Cost)
