The charming two bedroom Kingfisher Cottage is bright and airy throughout with south-facing windows letting in plenty of light and warming stone walls adding a touch of charm and character to the modern renovation. Kingfisher is set all on one level and comfortably sleeps up to four people. Alongside the two bedrooms and family bathroom, the dog friendly cottage has an open plan kitchen living room with access to an enclosed garden perfect for relaxing in the sun with loved ones and your dog. From the garden, you can easily access the pathway to the swimming pool and games room facilities, as well as the child's play area in the shared garden.

Throughout the property, the exposed stone walls complement the modern interior. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a fridge.

The living room has two comfortable sofas, a Freeview TV, a Roberts digital radio and a DVD player located below the south-facing window that looks out to the garden and rolling Devon countryside.

The master bedroom has a king-size double bed with two bedside tables and a large window letting in ample light. The second bedroom has two full-sized single beds each with a bedside table and a wardrobe for clothes storage.

The family bathroom has a bathtub with a shower attachment, a wash basin with wall mounted mirror and a w/c.

Guests have access to the swimming pool, a children's play area and a games room at Robin Hill Farm Cottages. There are plenty of beautiful walks surrounding the property that run along the river in the valley.

Please note towels and linen provided but you must bring your own beach and swimming pool equipment. Dogs may be on site as some cottages are dog friendly. Young children should be accompanied by an adult in the swimming pool and games room. Travel cot, highchair and stair gate available upon request.
