Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off all indoor/outdoor lights. Turn off TV and leave remote on TV stand. Leave thermostat at 55 degrees to prevent frozen pipes.
Trash: Place all trash in the trash bins next to the fence by the garage. A $25 fee will be charged for task not completed. Grill: Must be cleaned after use. A $40 fee will be charged if left dirty.
Fireplace: Remove all ashes. Ash bucket located on front porch. Refrigerator: Remove all food from fridge and freezer. Dishes: Clean all dishes. You can leave dishes in dish rack.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
