Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home. Large outdoor patio with dining,spa,bbq and firepit. Centrally located Close to Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, Golf Course and Moonridge Zoo.

-Please provide email at time of booking for rental agreement
-Max 6 Guests including children and infants

* Please note that check in and out times are 10am & 4pm November-March and 11am & 3pm April-October
~No loud Noise after 10 pm
~Rental agreement must be signed prior to check in date.
~No renters under the age 21.
~No smoking indoors
~Deposit money is charged only if damage is reported.
~Firewood is not provided for guest use.
~Guests are required to take their trash to the clean Big Bear trash site. (address provided)
~If you leave trash at the property you will be charged per bag, trash fee
