We welcome you to this gorgeous estate sitting on 1.5 acres on the outskirts of Big Bear near Baldwin Lake nestled against the backdrop of the San Bernardino National Forest.



This estate is located just off the main boulevard, away from the bustling city center and only one turn 500 ft down an unpaved road. Experience upscale seclusion in this beautiful home. As you approach the property, you'll enter through an automatic gate and drive down the long paved driveway.



The main floor consists of four bedrooms (each with their own ensuite bathroom), the living room, kitchen, and laundry room.





Bedroom 1 (master) - King bed, fireplace, TV with streaming, walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and bathroom with soaking tub, fireplace, shower, and two sinks

Bedroom 2 - Bunk bed (full/full), corner office desk with chair, couch, ceiling fan, and half bathroom

Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen beds, TV with streaming, ceiling fan, sitting chair, and bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub

Bedroom 4 - Full bed, sofa sleeper, TV with streaming, ceiling fan, bathroom with dual sinks and shower/tub

The downstairs level is a huge space complete with pool table, card playing table that seats up to 8, second living room with another huge sectional and TV with streaming, wet bar, full bathroom with shower/tub, and a few classic arcade games. Updates to come!





The yard of this estate is completely enclosed, providing an excellent space to stroll around during the summer or snow play with the family during winter. The wrap around porch also has a grill and patio table for your use.



Guest Access:

The garage and sheds are not available for guest use.

Nestled on the outskirts of Big Bear near Baldwin Lake, this massive 1.5 acre estate is completely fenced in providing personal snow play in winter and the perfect setting for private picnics during summer.



Other Things to Note:

Please exercise caution when enjoying the 1.5 acre property as Big Bear is full of wildlife and you may encounter animals or animal droppings from time to time. Additionally, the home runs on natural gas tanks which in rare situations or extended stays may need to be refilled by the gas company during your stay.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
