Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
-Please throw away trash in the waste bin in the driveway. -Double-check all windows and the sliding door is closed and the doors are locked. -Turn off all lights, fires, and set fans/heat to OFF.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Smoking is only allowed on balconies. Absolutely no smoking inside the home. Signs of smoking, ashes, and burns will result in $100 minimum fine.
Please be mindful of the nearby forest; only YOU can prevent forest fires.
