Parking for 2 vehicles. 1 in front of garage or a small vehicle in the garage. If your vehicle is too large, you can park in the guest parking area.



Washer & dryer are in unit on the lower level.



This home is not pet friendly. Any service animal must be announced upon booking and provided with the proper documentation for city regulations.

Stairs are unavoidable. Please note the staircase is floating stairs. This may not be ideal for small children.



Guest Access:

Please note this is a two story condo. You will have access to the community amenities and the entire home. One closet downstairs is locked and not for guest use. Don't worry you're not missing much. Its just house supplies.

Docks in the bay are privately owned. Please respect them and stay off the docks.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet, lakeside, with so much within a few minute drive, or just enjoy the grounds of Viking Estates!

Getting Around:

Located in the Viking Estates. Close to the free trolley provided by Mountain Transit (search their website for times and routes. We aren't allowed to list links). A personal vehicle is recommended for Big Bear. Ride share options are limited in availability.



Other Things to Note:

Floating stairs (not ideal for very young kids)

No dock access (views + proximity still amazing)

Mountain town = occasional power outages during storms



City of Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy must be respected at all times. Please review the city rules. This is listed verbatim.



Do not exceed the occupancy limit (6 this includes children & infants)

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may

be less than the total maximum occupancy.



NO PARTIES ALLOWED.



No parking in street or yard (2 vehicle only)

Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated

parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The

maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior

sign.



No amplified music 24/7

Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the

property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music

carrying beyond the property line.



Head inside at 10:00 p.m.

Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from

10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.



Take your furry friend with you.(This home is NOT pet friendly)

Take your dog with you so they do not disturb

surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake

is very dog-friendly!



Unfortunately, a few of our guests refuse to

extend common courtesy and neighborly

behavior toward the guests and residents

around them. For those guests who have come

to party and disrupt the peace and tranquility

of the neighborhoods, there are costly and

severe consequences.



Fines

The minimum fine for violating the rules stated

previously is $500 per violation. A second

offense is $1000 per violation.



Eviction

Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules

and expectations will be evicted without a

refund. In addition, costly citations may be

issued to the reservation holder.

We typically leave guests to enjoy your get away. We are always available via messaging for anything that pops up.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Big Bear Lake. You'll find features like a hot tub. The condo includes amenities such as a kitchen and a fireplace.
