Besides the rooms were amazing, clean, and functional. what stood out the most was how each of the staff were kind, understanding, accomodating and helpful. They spoke to you like a human and not just another customer. I will always book with them. Love the updates with what they have done so far, can't wait till they are complete.

Really nice staff, cute cabin easy parking. Definitely would come again and stay at this location. In the center of Big Bear. The cabin loft was absolutely cute! Nice kitchen and large living area. We went with our 20 month old, and she loved going up and down the stairs.

The room was clean, but the bottom sheet needs to be replaced - it has small holes in it - I reported it to the front desk. No info on how to use the TV -we could only get weird channels. No hand towels - only a wash cloth and bath towel. To turn on the light by the bed, you had to squat down and turn it on/off. Also, we had an upstairs room and no elevator. There was a nice mini frig/freezer in the room. Also a coffee pot, but only regular, no decaf. Breakfast was a joke - you could make coffee (again, only regular) and pre packaged blueberry or banana nut muffin.

It's a really nice and cozy place and a very convenient location. Everything we wanted / needed to go was less then a 10 minute drive.

the prop owner said that they were in the middle of refurbishing so she apologized for any inconvenience. the only inconvenience was the morning breakfast but I was able to have a good conversation with her both times I was in there. the only real complaint I have is that there wasnt a lot of storage space for clothing. there was a space for hanging clothes but very little night stand space. it was a great price and very friendly service. atmosphere was great. the space has a very modern retro feeling to it which was really nice. I also had a kitchenette which was very nice. I would definitely come back. im currious to see how things will look once renovation is complete but based on my stay I expect it to be worth coming back to.
