Please no smoking on the property . No coal or charcoal lighter is allow with rental in big bear lake. we have propane fire pit and propane Bq. inst.
No cooking oil down the drain or toilet. Only toilet paper in toilet due to Seward pump .Extra charge if the Seward breaks due other items in the toil
no more than 2 dogs allow with a charge of $100 per dog. Please let us know if you have a dog .
