The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash with you to the local dumpsite at 39690 Big Bear Blvd. This is a city law due to the large wildlife population. All Big Bear Lake guest required to take their trash with them.

Turn off all lights, TV’s, and arcade. All thermostats must be set back to 55 degrees Fahrenheit if you changed it. 5. Please check jacuzzi is set back to 80 degrees.

Please double check all doors, screens and windows are locked, except for the front door handle lock. Please leave that one unlocked since there is no key. Please close gate when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Every guest must take their own trash to the trash site that is less than a mile from house. Please do not leave trash outside. $25 fee per bag left.
Mountain areas have unpredictable weather. We don’t offer refunds due to rain/snow. We do offer refunds if roads are closed and no way up the mountain
DISCLAIMER: If you show up with pets without out prior knowledge will be fined $250 If you do not pay the fine, then immediate evicted with no refund.

We had a wonderful time, the beds were really comfortable. The patio out front was relaxing. The short walk to the brewery was excellent. The village and alpine slide was really close and the kids had a blast, feeding the ducks at the lake.

Cabin exceeded expectations. Didn’t realize how close it was to town and all the fun activities until we got there in person. In fact, when our family did the Alpine Slide activities it was easier for us to walk over than to try and fight the traffic and parking situation at that tubing hill/activity area. Very roomy and comfy, home away from home. Great hosts and seamless check in and check out. Highly recommend!

House is great place to stay for a family. There was so much to do in the house and it was very centrally located. The property is completely fenced in which made it safe for dogs as well as kids to be outside. We loved the game room!

So happy we stayed at this property! It was a perfect fit for our family vacation, which included our 2 dogs. The game room and movie room kept the kids (13 yo and 19 yo) both occupied in our downtime and the house was in the perfect location to hit all of the activities we wanted to do without driving or even walking far. Host was welcoming. The property was marketed as pet friendly with a fully enclosed yard. Unfortunately, due to a storm, the gate that blocked the driveway blew over prior to our arrival. This was not repaired during our stay so we were unable to let our dogs roam in the yard as there is no barrier between the front and back yards. Outside of that, our stay was wonderful.

Great Family Stay

The property was just as described and in the pictures. Everyone had their own room and space. The kids LOVED the game room and movie room. The adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and the picnic table outside. Was a great house for a family weekend. Will stay here again!

The property is even better than the photos and my entire family enjoyed every part of the house. The location is perfect next to the village with all the restaurant and shops. The game room and movie room were perfect. Hayley is an amazing host and I would recommend to anyone.

Wonderful place, family loved it!!

This was a great house which exceeded our expectations and was perfect for our family. 2 boys 6 and 8 loved it. Grandparents are mom dad aunt uncle. We all had plenty of space for cars and the proximity to town was perfect. Beautiful place and felt like home. Thank you for your hospitality!

Property exactly as described; game room and movie room were a hit for our kids. More than enough space for our family of four plus dog, who enjoyed the yard. Located close to everything Big Bear has to offer. Host easy to communicate with and check-in was a breeze. We would stay again and again!

Beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Only one draw back, it wasn't senior friendly. Without my son, we would have had trouble with the sliding gate to the driveway, taking off cover to spa, getting the TV working,and removing ping-pong top to be able to play pool table.We did enjoy the beautiful decor of this home as well as the quiet morning and cooler temperatures.

Overall impression was that it checked most boxes for a good vacation with kids and pets;fully fenced yard and porch were great for relaxing. My complaints are that the cabin really needs a deep clean especially in the kitchen. The back yard and grill were showing some serious need for TLC. All in all, I'd say for the price, location, and convenience its a good choice.

Amazing Big Bear Retreat

This cabin is great! It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the village and the lake. The cabin itself was super nice with plenty of amenities if you want to stay in. We had a group of seven and the cabin housed us all no problem. The management was very easy to work with and had everything ready for us when we arrived. I can't wait to book again.

Overall great property for families with an awesome game room with pool table, arcade, and shuffle board and a movie/entertainment room with giant bean bag chairs. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean and well appointed. Nice porch area for morning coffee. Close to the Alpine slide (could walk there), The Village and Big Bear Marina. Maybe the only drawback was lack of AC or good ventilation upstairs because in the summer heat, it got quite warm even with the fans going. But overall a great place for a Big Bear family vacation.
