Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Clean up pet debris inside and outside
Set the heat to 50 degrees
Please remove all trash from property. Clean Bear disposal sites: 41970 Garstin Dr or 39690 Big Bear Blvd. Have proof of rental with property address. Or we can take care of trash at $25/bag.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
