The great room is the heart of the home, with a fireplace, Smart TV, large windows, and a full gourmet kitchen stocked for real meals and easy mornings. You’ll find a double oven, cooktop range, microwave, toaster, blender, and three coffee options: drip, Keurig, and Nescafe, plus a milk frother.

The upstairs master suite feels like a private retreat, with views of the mountain, fireplace, jetted tub, dual counters, and twin showerheads. Downstairs, the remaining bedrooms make the layout ideal for larger groups, with four of the five bedrooms offering en-suite bathrooms.

The lower-level entertainment space is set up for fun, with a large theater TV, popcorn maker, gumball machine, ping pong, shuffleboard, and more games for all ages.

Outside, enjoy four separate decks, mountain air, a private spa, outdoor dining, BBQ, and a firepit under the stars.

Winter Driving: Please make sure you are prepared for the winter weather, including ALWAYS carrying snow chains and doing a dry run if they are new to you.

Electric Shut-offs: To prevent wildfires, Public Safety Power Shutoffs (PSPS) may be incurred as dictated by specific weather conditions (e.g. high winds, Santa Ana winds off the hill), as mandated by state laws. Current information may be found on the Bear Valley Electric Service, Inc. (BVES) website, the local utility company.
