Check-out instructions

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place used towels on the bathroom floor near the laundry area. Empty all trash bins from the house. -Must take the trash to the disposal site 1 mile away: 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake.
Kitchen stove and lights must be turned off. Securely close and lock all windows and doors. If you used the heater, set the thermostat to 50°F before leaving.
Wash all dishes and leave them on the drying mat. Note: A $25 charge applies for dirty dishes left for the cleaner. Empty ashes from fire place into the metal bin in the backyard.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
