This conveniently located 3BR/2BA home is within walking distance or a short shuttle ride to Snow Summit Ski Resort. A quick drive takes you to the lake or a plethora of delicious dining options in town. After fun-filled days on the slopes, enjoy the warm ambience of the wood-burning fireplace followed by a soak in your private hot tub. A ski locker adds an extra layer of convenience.
The inviting living area is the social heart of the home, fitted with a sectional and a soundbar. Cozy up next to the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace after a friendly game of foosball. Whip up delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless-steel appliances including a wine cooler. Keep the chef company at the kitchen bar with seating for five. When it's time to eat, gather at the six-person dining table.
This two-story home sleeps six adults and one child. Find ultimate comfort in the tranquil master suite, featuring a king-size bed and private access to the hot tub and deck. The en-suite bathroom has a tub/shower combination and is also accessible via the hallway. The second bedroom holds a twin-over-twin bunk bed and a twin trundle. Sleep soundly in the third bedroom, appointed with a queen-size bed. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the picnic table on the front porch. On the back deck, you'll find a private hot tub and a table for four. A fully fenced yard offers a horseshoe pit as well as a playground.
Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, a ski locker, and driveway parking for three vehicles. Street parking is not permitted.
Make use of the home's private locker to store your snowboards/skis during the winter, and your mountain bikes during the spring and summer months. Firewood is not provided. This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note that the loft is not accessible. A 5-minute stroll leads you to Snow Summit Ski Resort for epic days on the slopes. In warmer months, travel 1.5 miles to Big Bear Lake for aquatic recreation
