super clean, full kitchen a huge plus, jacuzzi is amazing after skiing and the best part is hotel is 3 minute drive to Snow Summit or a short walk to the bus stop where it's free to ride

The checkin lady never texted me back for when the room was ready. Tv did not work. Heater shut off while sleeping. Hot water shut off mid way into the shower.

The TV didnt work. The heater shut off by itself while I was sleeping. Checkin was delayed. The hot water stopped while taking a shower. Probably will not stay here again. But the room was very clean. I left a nice tip for the cleaning crew. Not their fault for all of the things not working

Snow lake lodge has become my go to spot for lodging when I go up to Big Bear. The condos are clean and well kept, the staff is very friendly and i enjoy using the hot tub after a day of snowboarding.

A wonderful update place

Very clean and lovely, well appointed and inviting , opening the door and loved the gas fireplace . Really comfortable bed . Office closes at 7 so you have to call a number to get one door key in a lock box but it worked out
