The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Important! Do not turn off the thermostat. Instead, turn it down to 55 degrees. If set below, pipes can freeze.
-Gather all used towels and place in the laundry room. If convenient, please start a load of towels in the washing machine. -Leave all USED beds unmade.
-Trash: Take all trash to the "Clean Bear Disposal site located at 41970 Garstin Dr., Big Bear Lake. -Please take a moment to sign our guest book.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
