PET POLICY: 2 dogs max (with approval) $75/day fee/per dog. Unauthorized pets : $150/day fine. Fur on furniture/bedding: $250 cleaning fee ENFORCED
Smoking Policy: Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Evidence and smell will result in a $500 USD charge for deodorizing
