Our vacation rental is located just steps from Snow Summit chair lifts. The lower unit has two bedrooms with three queen-sized beds for six persons. The living room has a lovely, cozy wood fireplace and a full kitchen. On-site parking for two cars. Walking distance to dining. It is an excellent location for year-round fun and adventures in Big Bear Lake, CA. You will love being here and getting away from it all. Weekend and weekly rentals are available year-round. We pride ourselves on responding to your requests promptly.

The City of Big Bear Lake requires that the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbory Policy be signed and returned prior to arrival.

Great Place and Host

The unit in in a central location. Up the street is a major ski resort. Down are bike ships, restaurants, grocery stores and everything needed for a convenient, plesant stay. The unit is clean and well appointd. Steve, the host, is a great communicator and attentive. We had a few requesrts at the beginning and he provided them right away. This was our second time staying here. We'll be back, I'm sure.

Family fun

We all enjoyed our stay. It’s was clean perfect size with everything we needed. Location was great since one of our guest does not ski or board. So getting to the lodge to meet up with us for a break was nice. Thank you for renting a great place.

Absolutely lovely, comfortable, relaxed home to stay in short or long term!

Came here with my partner and our almost 2 year old, and our friends and their almost 2 year old. We all had a splendid time cooking together, playing in the living room, and sharing this obviously well-cared-for home. Cooking was especially easy as it had an actually usable kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, cooking utensils - even a crock pot! I've been in places that didn't even have a kettle (this one does, thankfully). Would definitely revisit - and looking forward to it!

Very comfortable and roomy

Loved the place, really good location, close to snow summit parking lot. The place is spacious, the kitchen and living room are comfortable for cooking, eating in and spending time with family in the evening. The bedrooms are cozy. We had a great family vacation!

Wonderful experience!

The property was awesome and bigger than the pictures make it appear. The property manager, Mr. Steve, was a pleasure to work with. He was very understanding and worked with us on certain requests. We would definitely recommend this location and will be coming back for our next vacation!

Perfect Location for Spending Days at Snow Summit!

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in the bottom level of this duplex. The location was ideal for spending the days snowboarding and skiing up the hill. We had friends stay upstairs and that made it easy to plan our evenings. We would love to stay at this property again…the owners were responsive and we had a wonderful time! (We loved the outdoor holiday lights too…they were festive AND made it easy to find the place at night!)

Nice place. Great location.

Nice cabin in great proximity to the lifts. Place was clean and easy to locate/park. Only draw back in being downstairs is that you hear every footstep from those upstairs.

Beautiful cabin. Even better than the pictures. Very spacious and clean. Owner worked with us in early check in and late checkout. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we would have ever needed. I couldn't find anything that didn't work in the cabin. Rented in early summer but would rent again any time of the year.

Quiet and Relaxing home environment

The property was clean, and homely. It is located in a quiet environment, close to the necessary Amenities. The temperature at night was just right. We visited with friends from out of state who enjoyed their stay, and of course sight Seeing. I would highly recommend to others to try it out. I feel I got value for my money.

Nice, clean property with lots of space. Excellent location - within walking distance to Snow Summit and past the police barricade that gets put up in the morning to control traffic. Would stay here again.

Short getaway!

We had a great time in Big Bear! Took the grandkids to Magic Mountain for some fun time on the alpine slide and coaster. Also let them do some fishing! Great cabin and location, very hassle free check in and out.

Good place..but would prefer staying on top cabin do to staying on the lower one it gets too noisy ..when u have other people staying on the top n urself in the bottom
