Wonderful and excellent customer service oriented Venetia!! She was outstanding in providing information after booking the room and accommodation to room selection. But that’s not all. The room paint is so dark on the wall of the room; doesn't feel cozy, the metal under the beds are so noise ànd awful, doesn't have enough carpet in the room for winter time. Also you have to explain that you have only cable and how to use it. You don't offer Netflix or other choices...

Loved this place. It is cute and a bit funky. It hit the right balance of being comfortable, nicely and interestingly decorated, and fit in with the mountain area where it is located. I plan to stay here every time I visit my daughter.

The rooms were clean, the amenities, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We needed to move rooms they made it possible. Great location, the fire pits out side was perfect. Will be staying there again. The room called Chalet was perfect. Please call in advance depending on your room to make.sure they dont have big events happening during your stay.

We really loved the room and the full kitchen, meeting the owners and walking around the property. The room was clean and decorated in an interesting way, and we found all the items we need to make breakfast and lunch in the kitchen. On the down side, the room was too close to the main street and very noisy at night. We had to go out and buy earplugs. And heater was noisy when it cycled on and off , and there was a strange noise when the people next door took showers. . If we atay there again we would ask for a different room. The property has a lot going for it
