I am so grateful to have booked a stay at this place. They were nothing but accomadating and respectful to me troubled scheduled. Place was very clean. They were even nice enough to warm up my room prior to my late arrival. This palce deserves all the buisness and I will definitely be booking again in the future. Atmosphere 5/5, Customer service 5/5 Accomadating 10/10 Thanks for the memories. Best hotel in big bear.

Amazing property! We really enjoyed staying in one of the studio rooms. They are like mini cabins with kitchen. The decor was great and the new renovation is awesome!

Great historic place to stay central location

This is a beautiful historic resort with kind of an Ozzy and Harriet flair I was given a terrific room ground-floor could park in front full kitchen and bath queen bed and queen sleeper I was in big bear looking for investment projects and I was paddle by natasha and Chris they were just terrific totally responsive to every question I had I can’t say enough nice things about the staff In fact I had a 13 day rental. And I had to go home five days early to deal with some chaos of my vrbo rentals in San Diego and Natasha was very gracious in getting me a refund and doing it properly and promptly

Our family had a very nice stay over Presidents’ Weekend. We enjoyed the open area in the back of the hotel that had enough snow that our son could sled. The staff was super friendly and quick to respond when we needed extra towels or had questions. It was a little noisy in the morning with street traffic but we were facing the street so maybe ask for a room away from the street if you want to sleep in a little.
