Orig call said they could park truck with trailer. This ended up on street outside of resort. No issues just inconvenient. Surprised that internet not included and was expensive to purchase for the short time there

First time staying at World Mark Big Bear and it was such a family friendly place to stay. We went here to celebrate our wedding anniv and enjoyed our stay. They have good amenities that you can do around the area. What surprised us was their full kitchen in the units. We'll be back for sure for a longer stay whenever were in Big Bear.

Very clean and plenty of room for our family. Easy check-in and check-out and the whole staff was very helpful and friendly. We will be definitely come back to stay here.

The inside was beautifully decorated simple but with the theme of Big Bear which I enjoyed. The fireplace, the hot tub, the shower head, everything was perfect.

Clean new room. Dishwasher didn't work because three kitchen plugs didn't work and the phone to call office didn't work. The kitchen cold water doesn't work consistently so it's very hot. But the place is new so it may have been overlooked. Regardless we had a wonderful time and will be back!

Peaceful and pleasant stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at a place that understands people want a certain amount of comfort and amenities. The condo we rented for 4 nights met all of our expectations and beyond, right down to the extra pillows and towels! Our only comment would be a better view next time. We understand that availability was limited due to rennovations on many of your units. We hope next time when we book an upstairs with patio, we can look out at mountains and trees, not supply sheds and other storage equipment.
